Dear Brothers and Sisters,

In less than three weeks, decisions being made by 38 Primates in the
Anglican Communion at Lambeth; by some 2,500 Episcopalians in Dallas,
Texas and by a number of Canadian Anglicans will change the face of
Anglicanism forever.

This could be the most important three weeks in the history of the
Anglican Communion. There has never been anything like it in recent
memory, and the decisions made will have far-reaching consequences that
could last for years if not decades.

Across the world Anglicans are being asked to pray.

On October 3, Anglicans across Canada and Episcopalians across the USA
entered into a day of solemn fast and prayer. Many churches concluded
the day with a Prayer Night.

Today until the October 9 the conference happening in Dallas, Texas
sponsored by the American Anglican Council (a similar organization to
Canada's Anglican Essentials) will see some 2,500 biblically orthodox
Episcopalians decide which way their church will go.

The theme of this conference is: "A Place to Stand: Declaring,
Preparing" and it is being held in response to recent troubling
decisions made the Episcopal Church's General Convention. Delegations
of Anglicans from around the world will be present at this history-making
event. Bishops, clergy and laity will be present.

This conference will precede the extraordinary gathering of all the
Primates of the Anglican Communion, October 15 and 16 in London, called
to Lambeth by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams.

So please pray for the Archbishop of Canterbury and for the Primates
attending this extraordinary meeting. Pray that the International
Primates will uphold the Lambeth Resolutions of 1998 regarding human
sexuality and for orthodox Biblical teaching throughout the Anglican
Communion.

Pray for a solution that will free up orthodox Anglicans caught in
revisionist dioceses with unsympathetic bishops. Pray for an
alternative governing structure for those mainstream, faithful
Anglicans in North America, including confirming Yukon Bishop Terry
Buckle's alternative Episcopal oversight to the ACiNW parishes.

On Saturday, October 18, 2003, the Diocese of British Columbia will be
electing their new Diocesan Bishop.

Between October 27 and 31, the Canadian House of Bishops will be
meeting in Mississauga.

Pray too for those orthodox ECUSA dioceses that must make decisions
about their future in a morally and theologically bankrupt Episcopal
Church.

Pray especially for the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. Rowan Williams on
whose shoulders the weight of the Communion hangs, and who must make
decisions that not everyone is going to be happy with. He, above all
else, needs our prayers.

Above all, pray that God's will, will be done, that the light of His
grace and gospel will shine into the darkest of hearts and set free the
captives.

Pray as you have never prayed before.

All blessings,
